为了解市售洗涤剂去除有机磷农药残留效果,采用购自市场的10种洗涤剂产品分别清洗模拟有机磷农药(敌敌畏、乐果、毒死蜱)残留的豆角样品,以气相色谱检测,以峰面积定量来计算其农残去除率。结果表明,洗涤剂对敌敌畏、乐果、毒死蜱的去除率分别为19.81%~43.64%,36.77%~61.71%,27.09%~61.90%,专用型果蔬清洗剂去除农残效果(去除率:38.14%~54.13%)优于普通洗涤剂(31.31%~51.81%)。
In order to understand the effect of commercial detergent on removal of organophosphorus pesticide residues, 10 kinds of detergent products purchased from the market were used to clean the residual samples of organophosphorus pesticides (dichlorvos, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos) Quantitative calculation of their pesticide removal rate. The results showed that the removal rates of dichlorvos, dimethoate and chlorpyrifos were 19.81% -43.64%, 36.77% -61.71% and 27.09% -61.90% respectively. The removal rate of pesticide residue was 38.14% ~ 54.13%) than ordinary detergent (31.31% ~ 51.81%).
