目的:研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和CD147在肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)组织中的表达水平及相互关系,探讨三者表达在HCC浸润、转移中的意义。方法:采用链霉亲和素-过氧化酶连接(SP)免疫组化法检测73例肝细胞性肝癌和43例肝硬化组织中MIF、CD147和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:①上述蛋白在HCC组织中均过表达,43例伴肝硬化的HCC病例中三者在癌组织中的表达均较肝硬化组织为高(P<0.05);②3种蛋白表达分别与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移状态相关,此外MIF蛋白在有门静脉癌栓组的表达高于无门静脉癌栓组,CD147和MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率与瘤体大小相关(P<0.05);③HCC组织中MIF和CD147蛋白的表达分别与MMP-9蛋白存在显著正相关(P<0.01),MIF与CD147蛋白的表达无相关性。结论:MIF和CD147均可上调HCC组织中MMP-9的表达,三者协同表达在HCC浸润转移中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of MIF, MMP-9 and CD147 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) Meaning in transfer. Methods: The expressions of MIF, CD147 and MMP-9 in 73 hepatocellular carcinoma and 43 cirrhosis tissues were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemistry. Results: ①The above proteins were overexpressed in HCC tissues. The expression of all three proteins in 43 HCC patients with cirrhosis was significantly higher than that in cirrhosis (P <0.05) Differentiation and lymph node metastasis. In addition, the expression of MIF protein in portal vein tumor thrombus group was higher than that in portal vein tumor thrombus group, the positive rate of CD147 and MMP-9 protein was correlated with tumor size (P <0.05) There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of MIF and CD147 protein and MMP-9 protein (P <0.01). There was no correlation between MIF and CD147 protein expression. Conclusion: Both MIF and CD147 can up-regulate the expression of MMP-9 in HCC tissues. The co-expression of these three proteins plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of HCC.
