目的探讨贵阳市社区卫生服务机构人员工作满意度及影响因素,为社区卫生服务人力管理提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样随机选取贵阳市10家社区卫生服务机构中314名人员进行问卷调查,内容包括人员特征和23个工作满意度因子。对满意度结果做统计描述,并进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果机构人员工作总体满意度评分为(3.34±0.79)分,每天工作时间大于8 h及在编的对象工作不满意的比例较高,其OR值(95%CI)分别为3.424(1.884~6.222)、2.630(1.486~4.657))。结论社区卫生服务机构人员工作总体满意度不高,超时工作和人事关系对满意度有影响;应从福利待遇、个人发展等提高其满意度。
Objective To explore the job satisfaction and influencing factors of community health service agencies in Guiyang and to provide a scientific basis for community health service human resources management. Methods A total of 314 community health workers from 10 community health service agencies in Guiyang City were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using multistage sampling. The questionnaires included the characteristics of staff and 23 job satisfaction factors. Descriptive statistics of the results of satisfaction, and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The overall satisfaction score was (3.34 ± 0.79), the working time was more than 8 hours a day, and the dissatisfaction rate was higher in the subjects with OR, the OR values (95% CI) were 3.424 (1.884 ~ 6.222 ), 2.630 (1.486 to 4.657)). Conclusion The overall satisfaction of staff in community health service institutions is not high, and overtime work and personnel relations have an impact on the satisfaction. The satisfaction should be improved from the benefits and personal development.
