信息技术外包(IT Outsourcing)是对信息技术(IT)资源管理、发展的新思维方式.一般情况下,信息技术外包有利于降低成本、提高信息技术质量和应用水平、优化公司营运业绩.但如果没有完善的信息技术外包资源管理体制,信息技术外包使公司失去对信息技术应用的控制权或控制能力,丧失对市场反应的适应能力.本文初步探讨信息技术外包资源管理模式,提出了以发展战略组、法律事务组和实施监察组三个专家组为核心的管理模式,并从专家组的职能、人员构成、可能发生的问题及相互关系进行讨论
IT Outsourcing is a new way of thinking about the management and development of information technology (IT) resources. Under normal circumstances, information technology outsourcing is conducive to reducing costs, improve the quality of information technology and application level, optimize the company’s operating performance. However, if there is no sound information technology outsourcing resource management system, information technology outsourcing will make the company lose control or control over the application of information technology and lose its ability to adapt to the market reaction. This paper explores the management mode of information technology outsourcing resources, puts forward the management mode which takes the three expert groups of development strategy group, legal affairs group and implementation supervision team as the core.
