目的了解兰州市口腔诊疗机构消毒灭菌情况,采取干预措施提高消毒质量。方法采用现场调查和采样检测的方法,对兰州市口腔诊疗机构消毒质量进行调查。结果口腔诊疗机构平均消毒合格率为87.18%,医院口腔科合格率为83.47%,口腔诊所为90.13%。物体表面、使用中消毒液和无菌器材合格率均为100.00%,医生手卫生合格率为93.75%,紫外线灯合格率为62.45%。结论兰州市口腔诊疗机构消毒质量有待提高,应进一步加强管理和监督监测。
Objective To understand the situation of disinfection and sterilization in dental clinics in Lanzhou City and to take interventions to improve the quality of disinfection. Methods The methods of on-site investigation and sample testing were used to investigate the disinfection quality of dental clinics in Lanzhou City. Results The average rate of disinfection in oral clinic was 87.18%. The pass rate in dentistry was 83.47% in hospital and 90.13% in oral clinic. The surface of the object, the use of disinfectant and sterile equipment were 100.00% pass rate, the doctor’s hand hygiene pass rate was 93.75%, UV pass rate of 62.45%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of dental treatment facilities in Lanzhou need to be improved, and management and supervision should be further strengthened.
