目的探析视网膜全光凝和次全光凝对于糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法自2012年8月—2013年8月来杭州市红十字会医院进行治疗的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中随机抽取130例(视网膜病变眼250只),按照随机分配与自愿的原则平均分成A组和B组,其中65例A组患者采用视网膜全光凝进行治疗,65例B组患者采用视网膜次全光凝进行治疗。根据治疗疗效与视力变化评定标准分析并比较A、B两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及视力恢复情况。结果采用视网膜全光凝术治疗的A组患者治疗后总体有效率为80.00%(104/130),采用视网膜次全光凝术治疗的B组患者总体有效率为77.50%(93/120),2组患者的总体有效率基本一致(χ2=0.296,P=0.286);在视力变化方面,A组患者治疗后视力提高的比例为11.55%(15/130),与B组的11.67%(14/120)也基本一致,且2组视力稳定与视力下降的比例也基本一致(χ2=0.017,P=0.991),差异不具有统计学意义。结论在糖尿病性视网膜病变治疗方面,视网膜全光凝与视网膜次全光凝都表现出了一定的积极作用,且两种方法的治疗疗效相当。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of retinal photocoagulation and subtotal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 130 patients (250 eyes with retinopathy) were randomly selected from patients with diabetic retinopathy who were treated in Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from August 2012 to August 2013. Patients were randomly divided into group A And group B, of which 65 patients in group A were treated with retinal photocoagulation and 65 in group B were treated with subtotal photocoagulation. According to the curative effect and visual change evaluation criteria, the clinical curative effect and visual acuity recovery of A and B groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of group A treated with retinal photocoagulation was 80.00% (104/130). The total effective rate of group B treated with subtotal photocoagulation was 77.50% (93/120) The overall effective rate of the two groups was basically the same (χ2 = 0.296, P = 0.286); in terms of visual acuity, the proportion of visual acuity after treatment in group A was 11.55% (15/130), which was significantly higher than that in group B 11.67% / 120) were also basically the same, and the ratio of visual acuity stability and visual acuity decreased in the two groups (χ2 = 0.017, P = 0.991). The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, retinal photocoagulation and subretinal photocoagulation have shown some positive effects, and the efficacy of the two methods of treatment is quite.
