采用热压烧结法制备了Fe/LAS复合材料,研究了该复合材料的致密度、力学性能和微波电磁性能随热压温度变化的规律。结果表明,随热压温度的升高,复合材料的致密度、断裂韧性和抗弯强度先上升后下降,并均在热压温度为970℃时达到最大;在8.2~12.4 GHz测试频率内,随热压温度的上升,复介电常数逐渐降低,复磁导率变化不明显。
The Fe / LAS composites were prepared by hot pressing method. The density, mechanical properties and microwave electromagnetic properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that with the increase of hot pressing temperature, the densification, fracture toughness and flexural strength of the composites first increase and then decrease, and reach the maximum at the hot pressing temperature of 970 ℃. At the test frequency of 8.2 ~ 12.4 GHz, With the increase of hot pressing temperature, the complex dielectric constant decreases gradually, and the complex permeability does not change obviously.
