阿尔茨海默病是一种临床上较为常见的获得性脑部变性疾病,随着社会经济的不断发展,医疗水平的不断提高,人口老龄化的数量逐年增加,使该病的发病率越来越高。该病病因较为复杂,与海马结构和功能的改变有密切的联系,病情发展缓慢,临床上目前没有诊断该病的明确方案,导致该病的诊断准确率较低。近几年来,大量的临床研究表明,磁共振成像技术对该病患者的诊断具有较高的准确率,采用计算机处理技术,对患者的颅内进行无创伤性的体外测量,结果准确可靠。随着该项技术的不断改进,对患者脑内的海马结构和相关疾病进行检测,有较为重要的诊断价值。
