色度传感器主要用于测量有色溶液的透光率或吸光度。基于淀粉溶液遇碘液呈蓝紫色的原理,可用色度传感器测定氯化钠对唾液淀粉酶活性的影响。采用该实验方法可初步证明微量氯化钠对唾液淀粉酶有激活作用,但若达到了饱和度,则对唾液淀粉酶有抑制作用。
