通过应用灌注桩后压浆技术对某桩基工程中试桩承载力不足问题的成功处理,对比分析了在相同地质条件下,使用该技术前后桩基承载力、沉降量等变化情况以及所取得的经济效益,并阐述了该技术提高桩基承载力的作用机理和适用条件。说明在相同的地质条件下,灌注桩后压浆技术能够将桩基承载力大幅提高30%以上,并能有效控制基础沉降量,且沉降的减少值随着桩顶荷载的增大而增大。可见该技术是一种解决灌注桩承载力不足及基础沉降过大问题的好方法。
Through the successful application of the technology of grouting piles after grouting to the insufficient bearing capacity of test pile in a pile foundation engineering project, the change of bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation under the same geological conditions and before and after using this technology are comparatively analyzed. Economic benefits, and expounded the mechanism and application conditions of the technology to improve the bearing capacity of pile. It shows that under the same geological conditions, post-grouting technology of grouting piles can significantly increase the bearing capacity of pile foundation by more than 30%, and can effectively control the foundation settlement, and the decrease of settlement increases with the increase of pile top load . It can be seen that this technique is a good way to solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of foundation pile and excessive settlement of foundation.
