结合南京某地铁保护区双液注浆加固工程自动监测实例,针对地铁隧道结构变形监测在注浆加固过程中的需求,介绍了自动化收敛远程监测系统在地铁注浆加固过程中的应用。该系统可以实时进行数据采集、传输和处理分析,并结合人工收敛监测数据进行对比分析。结果表明,该监测系统稳定实用,所获数据具有较高精度,可胜任地铁保护区双液注浆加固工程的自动监测工作,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
Combined with the automatic monitoring example of double liquid grouting and reinforcement project in a subway protection zone in Nanjing, the application of automatic convergence and remote monitoring system in subway grouting reinforcement was introduced in view of the demand of subway tunnel structure deformation monitoring during grouting reinforcement. The system can real-time data acquisition, transmission and processing analysis, combined with artificial convergence monitoring data for comparative analysis. The results show that the monitoring system is stable and practical, the data obtained with high accuracy, capable of automatic monitoring of two-liquid grouting reinforcement project of the MTRC, has good application prospects and promotion value.
