中考是选拔性考试,特别是重点高中更是优中选优。今年各种提前招竞争得尤为激烈。这种情况,加之在传统观念中,人们往往会只注重“优生”的学习分数,而且“一俊遮百丑”;反而,忽视了他们所独有的一些思想偏差、人格缺陷,这就使优生的培养往往很被动。优生教育的艰巨性、复杂性绝不亚于对其他学生的教育。如何针对每一个学生的个性特点,尽可能挖掘并发展每一个学生的潜力,成为大家所期望的优生就显得尤为重要,我通过自身的实践,下面谈谈个人浅见。
