北林大刘思久副教授研究出一种新颖的植物组织技术——植物组织暴露培养法。这是组织培养领域的一种新工艺和新容器,其特征是培养中的试管苗或脱毒苗生长在特制的敞口容器中,培养基和外殖体由一层粉末材料覆盖,它可以有效地阻止微生物污染,而不阻止氧气渗入。由于茎叶暴露于容器外部,接受自然光的直接和通风条件的锻炼,试管苗生长矮壮、浓绿,不用炼苗而移栽成活率很高,其素质接近常规繁殖的幼苗。
