目的研究慢性牙髓炎治疗中碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗的临床效果。方法 174例慢性牙髓炎患者,按随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,各87例。对照组患者采用传统氧化锌丁香油糊剂多次根管治疗,研究组患者采用碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗。对比两组治疗效果和治疗安全性。结果两组治疗后1、2、3个月的有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组感染率11.5%低于对照组24.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率0低于对照组6.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙髓炎治疗中使用碧兰糊剂一次性根管治疗效果好,感染率、并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Bilan paste disposable root canal therapy in the treatment of chronic pulpitis. Methods A total of 174 patients with chronic pulpitis were divided into control group and study group according to random number method, 87 cases in each. Patients in the control group received conventional root canal treatment of traditional zinc oxide and clove oil paste. The study group received one-time root canal treatment with Picanol paste. Comparison of two groups of treatment and treatment safety. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rates between the two groups at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (P> 0.05). The infection rate of the study group was 11.5% lower than that of the control group (24.1%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complication in study group 0 was lower than that in control group 0 (6.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic pulpitis with Pitcher paste disposable root canal treatment is good, the infection rate, the incidence of complications is low, worthy of clinical promotion.
