采用乙醇回流提取法,以亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝、氢氧化钠为试剂,芦丁为对照研究黄花柳花穗中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件。用正交实验法对黄花柳花穗中的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优化研究,采用正交表L9(34),以乙醇浓度、回流温度、回流时间及料液比为因素,以总黄酮显色液的吸光度为指标进行实验。得到的黄花柳花穗中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为50%,料液比为1∶40,回流温度为70℃,回流时间为3 h,在最佳工艺条件下的黄酮含量为26.82 mg/g。实验方法简单、方便,结果准确、可靠,最佳条件适合批量生产中该药材的提取。
Ethanol reflux extraction was used to study the optimum extraction conditions for the flavonoids from the flower spikes of S. aureus by using sodium nitrite, aluminum nitrate and sodium hydroxide as reagents and rutin as a control. Orthogonal test L9 (34) was used to optimize the extraction process of the flavonoids in the flower spikes of F. juncea. The factors including ethanol concentration, reflux temperature, reflux time, Flavone chromogenic liquid absorbance as an indicator for experiments. The optimum extraction conditions of the total flavonoids from the flower of the willow flower were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 50%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, the refluxing temperature was 70 ℃ and the refluxing time was 3 h. Under optimum conditions Flavonoids content of 26.82 mg / g. The experimental method is simple and convenient, the results are accurate and reliable, and the best conditions are suitable for the extraction of the medicinal materials in mass production.
