已证实幽门弯曲菌(简称CP)与胃炎、十二指肠溃疡有密切联系,并根据该菌对多种抗生素极为敏感的特点找到了新的治疗方法。但该菌在一般培养基上不能生长。近年来,国内用特殊方法已成功地分离出该菌,但培养所用时间都比较长,不能满足临床需求。用快速检测法检测幽门弯曲菌感染效果较为满意,但配方均未公开。我们参考了不少有关文献,经过反复对比试验和临床应用,确立了一种简便快速诊断法的自配尿素液。现介绍如下:
