安全生产事故是一个渐变过程,是诸多不安全因素在量的积累到一定程度后出现的质变的表现形式。安全生产是现代企业发展的一项重要工作,员工安全意识是企业安全、健康发展的重要因素,但员工安全培养不是一朝一夕的事情,也不是一个人的能力所能解决的,是一项长期性、系统性工作。员工安全意识的影响因素一般有三个方面,即:个人因素、管理因素和环境因素。因此,提高员工安全意识即就是将人、管理和环境三者有机统一结合,降低生产风险。
The accident of production safety is a gradual change process, which is a qualitative manifestation of many unsafe factors that accumulate to a certain extent. Safety production is an important work in the development of modern enterprises. Staff safety awareness is an important factor in the safety and healthy development of an enterprise. However, staff safety training is not an overnight thing or a person’s ability to solve. It is a long-term Systematic work. There are generally three factors affecting employee safety awareness, namely personal factor, management factor and environmental factor. Therefore, to raise employee safety consciousness means to organically integrate people, management and environment, and reduce production risk.
