拳论上曰:“一举动,周身俱要轻灵。尤须贯穿,气益鼓荡,神宜内敛,无使有缺陷处,无使有凸凹处,无使有断续处,其根在脚,发于腿,主宰于腰,形于手指,由脚而腿而腰,总须完整一气。”这段精辟的论述,为我们指明了练习太极拳的要领、方法以及准则,其要点,在“总须完整一气”这一句上。实践中往往因为做不到一气(用现代的话说是一致),结果是五花八门,有的练拳者虽练拳多年,套路也特熟,但行拳始终无力,甚至走了形,掉了样,外界称之为太极舞或是迪斯科,没有一点太极拳的韵味,这里谈谈我们自己的练拳体会。
