随着经济的发展、生活水平的提高和国家对教育经费投入的增多,我国的中小学艺术教育无论在设施和师资方面都越来越完善。然而,广西作为处于“西部大开发”地域范围中的一员,中小学艺术教育的环境与质量依然相对较差。特别是除城市以外的乡镇地区,更是存在大面积的空白。所以,正视现状,改变观念,探索一条适合乡镇中小学艺术教育发展的新路子以及研究如何让乡镇中小学艺术教育更加完善的方法,成为我们艺术教育工作者需要认真思考和研究的课题。
With the development of economy, the improvement of living standards and the increase of investment in education, the art education in primary and secondary schools in our country is getting more and more perfect both in terms of facilities and teachers. However, as a member of the “Western Development” area in Guangxi, the environment and quality of art education in primary and secondary schools are still relatively poor. In particular, there is a vast area of vacancies in towns and townships other than cities. Therefore, facing the status quo, changing the concept, exploring a new way for the development of primary and secondary art education in townships and towns and studying how to improve the art education in primary and secondary schools in towns and villages have become the topics that our art educators need to seriously consider and study.
