我国的方志学理论研究虽然取得了可喜的成绩 ,但与方志事业发展和方志编修实践相比明显滞后。主要表现在忙于修志实践忽视了理论研究 ;基层修志队伍不稳定 ,修志人员业务水平低 ,方志学会未能发挥应有的作用 ,影响了方志理论研究的顺利开展。要搞好方志理论研究 ,就要加强组织领导和修志队伍建设 ,调整工作思路 ,使修志实践和理论研究并重。
Although China has made gratifying achievements in the study of the theory of chronicles, it has lagged far behind the development of its chores and the compilation of local records. It is mainly manifested in the fact that it is busy with the practice of cultivating records and ignores the theoretical research. The teamwork of grassroots volunteerism is not stable and the professionalism of the staffs with disabilities is low. Thus, the study of the local chorography fails to play its due role and affects the smooth development of the study of the theory of local records. To do a good job in the study of the theory of local records, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational leadership and build the ranks of the volunteers and adjust their thinking so that both practice and theoretical study will be equally emphasized.
