本文是笔者79~80年对陕西省的5市、89个县进行调查采样分析等工作的总结。其中采集发样12周岁以下男性学龄儿童的头发点181个,共2108例,土壤样点117个,样品243个,粮食样点203个,样品1389份,以2,3~二氨基荼作显色剂,用 JASCO Fp~550型萤光分光光度计进行硒的萤光测定。编制了陕西省克山病病区与非病区发硒含量分布图,并对克山病病区发硒含量临界值作了探讨。
This article is a summary of the author’s survey and sampling analysis of 5 cities and 89 counties in Shaanxi Province from 1979 to 1980. Among them, there were 181 hair-raising points for male school-aged children under 12 years of age with a total of 2108 cases, 117 soil samples, 243 samples, 203 food samples and 1389 samples, with 2,3- The toner was measured for fluorescence of selenium using a JASCO Fp ~ 550 fluorescence spectrophotometer. The distribution map of selenium content of Keshan disease and non-endemic area in Shaanxi province was compiled, and the threshold value of selenium content in Keshan disease area was discussed.
