提出将乳化技术应用于重油催化裂化原料的乳化。乳化原料进入提升管反应器可发生“爆破雾化” ,使进料的雾化效果大为改善 ,有利于反应的进行 ,轻质油品收率提高 ,产品分布得到改善。抚顺石油学院催化裂化课题组的大量实验数据表明 ,重油经乳化后作为进料 ,催化裂化轻质油品收率提高 1.0~ 5.0个百分点 ,干气产率降低0 .5~ 1.5个百分点 ,焦炭产率降低 1.0~ 1.5个百分点。论述了乳化原料催化裂化技术的优点。根据“爆破雾化”和“分子聚集与解聚”理论分析了重油乳化原料催化裂化技术应用于工业中的可行性。
It is proposed that emulsification technology should be applied to the emulsification of raw materials for catalytic cracking of heavy oil. Fushun Petroleum Institute catalytic cracking group of a large number of experimental data show that heavy oil emulsified as a feed, FCC light oil yield increased by 1.0 to 5.0 percentage points, dry gas production decreased by 0.5 to 1.5 percentage points, coke Yield decreased by 1.0 to 1.5 percentage points. The advantages of emulsified raw material catalytic cracking technology are discussed. According to the theory of “blasting atomization” and “molecular agglomeration and depolymerization”, the feasibility of applying catalytic cracking of heavy oil emulsified raw materials to industrial applications was analyzed.
