企业“核心能力刚性”问题的根源是组织惯例的刚性。组织惯例具有结构二元性,其形式面为行为人提供了可供选择的行为集合;其执行面当中行为人的即兴行为是创新性知识的源泉,也是惯例变异的来源。组织惯例必须随着环境的变动而及时、顺利地进行变异,这是克服“核心能力刚性”的根本出路。问题的解决应通过克服组织学习过程中的知识直觉、知识诠释、知识整合和知识制度化四个阶段的三类障碍来实现。
The root cause of a firm’s “core competence rigidity” is the rigidity of organizational conventions. Organizational conventions have structural duality, and their formal aspects provide actors with a set of behaviors to choose from. The impromptu behavior of actors in their implementation is the source of innovative knowledge and the source of routine variation. Organizational practices must undergo variations in a timely and smooth manner as the environment changes. This is the fundamental solution to overcoming the “rigid core competence.” The solution to the problem should be achieved by overcoming the three types of obstacles in the process of organizational learning: intuition of knowledge, interpretation of knowledge, integration of knowledge and institutionalization of knowledge.
