为促进农村中小学教师教育技术能力的发展,我们以中小学教师教育技术能力标准为依据,对辽宁西部地区县以下农村中小学的学科任课教师教育技术能力的现状进行了问卷调查,并对部分学校进行了实地考察、访谈。根据调查结果对农村中小学教师教育技术能力发展的内、外部“瓶颈”问题进行分析,提出促进农村中小学教师教育技术能力发展的建议。
In order to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers ’educational technology in rural areas, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the current educational level of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in rural areas of western Liaoning under the standard of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability. School conducted a field visit, interviews. Based on the survey results, this paper analyzes the internal and external bottlenecks of the educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology in rural areas.
