讲求经济效益、提高产品质量是当前改革中必须考虑的重要问题。目前国内各气动元件厂的产品,除壳体采用铝合金外,阀芯部分多数采用铜材或不锈钢材,这样是否合理、经济,看来有改革的必要。试验研究表明,采用硬质阳极氧化简称(“硬阳”)处理过的铝合金代替原用材料,不但可显著改善元件的综合性能,而且具有投资少、工艺流程简单、成本低等优点,是改变我国气动元件生产工艺落后的重要措施。下面从经济性方面作一些分析,供有关单位参考。一、设备的投资“硬阳”设备的投资,对于年处理量为24,000~50,000 dm~2(约等于4~8万根25D15的阀芯面积)的生产厂约需5.5万元左右(参见表18)。
