经1978-1980年试验和生产汽车活塞73000只,证实一次熔铸工艺简单、成分稳定、宏观满意,金相晶粒略粗,硬度和抗拉强度都达到国标要求;加工铸废率为7.4-8.2%同二次熔铸无异;技术经济效果显著。同时分析了夹渣和气孔原因及改善措施。结论:技术可行,生产急需,能源节约,经济效益显著,对活塞铸造生产有益。
The tests and production of 73,000 automotive pistons from 1978 to 1980 confirmed that the primary casting process is simple, the composition is stable, macroscopically satisfactory, the metallurgical grains are slightly thick, and the hardness and tensile strength meet the requirements of the national standard; the processing and casting scrap rate is 7.4-8.2% Secondary casting is no different; technical and economic results are obvious. At the same time, the causes of slag inclusions and pores were analyzed and the improvement measures were given. Conclusion: The technology is feasible, the production is in urgent need, the energy is saved, and the economic benefit is remarkable. It is beneficial to the production of piston casting.
