目的 探讨心房不同部位起搏对离体家兔房室结( A V N)电生理特性的影响。方法 采用等量血液- 台氏液,经 Langendorf装置持续灌流离体兔心,分别从房间隔( I A S)和终末嵴( C T)刺激心脏,观察从上述两个部位起搏心脏时, A V N 前传的各项电生理参数。结果 从 I A S和 C T 起搏时, A H 间期、 A V N功能不应期( A V N- F R P)、 A V N 前传文氏周期( A V N- W C L)无显著差异。结论 心房不同部位起搏心脏对该模型兔心 A V N 电生理特性无影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of different parts of atrium pacing on electrophysiological characteristics of isolated atrioventricular node (A V N) in isolated rabbit. Methods The same volume of blood-Tyrode’s solution was used. Peripherally isolated rabbit hearts were perfused with Langendorf apparatus, and the heart was stimulated by atrial septum (I A S) and terminal crest (C T) respectively. , A V N pre-transmission of the electrophysiological parameters. Results During I A S and C T pacing, A H interval, A V N functional refractory period (A V N- F R P), A V N pre-sentative Wechsiness cycle (A V N- W C L) No significant difference. Conclusion The pacing heart in different parts of the atrium has no effect on the electrophysiological characteristics of A V N in this model.
