煤炭科学研究总院重庆分院教授赵自治同志连任重庆市十一、十二届人大代表,沙坪坝区十、十一、十三届人大代表。他忠于人大代表的职责,积极参政议政,耐心倾听群众意见,在重庆煤科分院的布告栏内,时而见到他张贴的提案、建议和群众反映的问题,以及市、区人夫、政府和有关部门所作的答复。他关心人民疾苦,为群众办的实事一件件、一桩桩,从不计较个人得失,赢得了人民群众的信赖。
Professor Zhao Zizhi, a professor of Chongqing Branch of China Coal Research Institute, has been elected as deputy to the 11th and 12th National People’s Congress of Chongqing Municipality and representatives of the 10th, 11th and 13th National People’s Congress of Shapingba District. He loyal to the NPC deputies, actively participate in politics, patiently listen to the views of the masses, Chongqing Coal Branch Branch of the bulletin board, and sometimes to see his posting proposals, suggestions and the masses to reflect the problems, as well as the city and district people husband, government and Relevant departments made the reply. He cares about the hardship of the people and works one by one for the masses. After years of hard work, he has won no trust in the personal gains and losses of the people.
