过氧化二碳酸二(十六烷酯)(DCP)是一种新开发的引发剂。本文用碘量法测定了DCP在甲苯中的分解动力学。结果表明DCP的热分解具有活化能高和低温下活性差的特点,并伴有诱导分解。 本文对DCP的诱导分解动力学,用五种不同的方法处理,并进行了相互比较。实验证明,修正的Brown法更适合于DCP的诱导分解动力学的处理。 根据修正的Brown法,得到DCP在甲苯中的一级分解。诱导分解速率常数的Arrhenius方程分别是 K_1=3.29×10~(21)exp(-163120/RT)(s)~(-1) K_i=9.40×10~(16)exp(-92540/RT)(mol)~(-1)(L)(s)~(-1)
Dicetyl peroxydicarbonate (DCP) is a newly developed initiator. Decomposition kinetics of DCP in toluene was determined by iodometry. The results show that the thermal decomposition of DCP has the characteristics of high activation energy and low temperature activity, accompanied by induced decomposition. In this paper, the induced decomposition kinetics of DCP was treated in five different ways and compared with each other. Experiments show that the modified Brown method is more suitable for the DCP induced decomposition kinetics. According to the modified Brown method, the first order decomposition of DCP in toluene is obtained. The Arrhenius equations of induced decomposition rate constants are: K_1 = 3.29 × 10 ~ (21) exp (-163120 / RT) (s) -1 K_i = 9.40 × 10 ~ (16) exp (-92540 / RT) mol) ~ (-1) (L) (s) ~ (-1)
