目的:研究清热解毒剂的解热作用。方法:采用内毒素致家兔发热,观察清热解毒剂的解热作用。结果清热解毒剂高剂量组在药后120 min体温开始降低,药后360 min时温度基本降至基础体温后维持不变。中剂量组在药后120 min体温开始下降,低剂量组在药后300 min体温开始下降,体温反应曲线呈负向弧线,解热作用与剂量成正相关。结论:清热解毒剂有明显的解热作用。
Objective: To study the antipyretic effect of Qingrejiedu. Methods: Rabbits were exposed to endotoxin for fever, antipyretic effect of clearing heat antidote was observed. Results The heat-clearing and antidote high-dose group began to decrease at 120 min after the drug was started. After 360 min, the temperature dropped to basal body temperature and remained unchanged. The body temperature began to decrease at 120 min in the middle-dose group. The body temperature began to decrease at 300 min in the low-dose group. The body temperature response curve showed a negative arc, and the antipyretic effect was positively correlated with the dosage. Conclusion: Qingrejiedu obvious antipyretic effect.
