一、我市农村税费改革的主要做法 (一)加强领导,广泛宣传我市成立了由市委书记为组长、有关部门负责人为成员的农村税费改革领导小组,各县(郊)和乡镇也成立了领导小组及其办公室,形成了职责明确、任务明确、共同推进税改的工作机制。市税改办与市委宣传部联合下发了《关于做好我市农村税费改革工作的宣传报道意见》,市电视台、广播电台、蚌埠日报利用各种形式,开展了多层次、多形式、多内容的宣传工作。
