阜新是老工业基地,煤电曾是阜新的支柱产业,尘肺病如今依然是目前最严重的职业病。现在阜新处于经济转型期,三大产业园区液压、皮革、林业产业迅速发展,同时氟化学、铸造、电子等产业也在快速发展,在经济发展的同时,也会相应的带来新的职业病危害,出现新的职业病问题。存在的主要问题是企业对职业病防治工作重视不够,防治检测不到位,劳动者法律观念不强,缺乏自我保护意识,政府投入不足,职业病防治机构力量相对薄弱等。职业病防治的主要措施与对策是:建立完善的职业卫生保障机制,发挥信息网络技术在职业病防治中的作用,建立工作场所健康促进体系,提高认识,加强职业病防治队伍建设等。

The main problems are that enterprises pay insufficient attention to prevention and control of occupational diseases, prevent and control detection is not in place, laborers are not strong in legal concepts, lack awareness of self-protection, lack of government input, and relatively weak power of prevention and treatment institutions for occupational diseases. The main measures and countermeasures of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases are to establish a sound occupational health safeguard mechanism, to give play to the role of information network technology in prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, to establish a health promotion system in the workplace, to raise awareness and to strengthen occupational disease prevention and treatment contingent building.
