不动产登记制度是物权制度的重要组成部分。由于我国迄今为止没有建立统一的不动产登记机构,从而导致在实务中,因登记机构分散,不利于有关交易当事人查阅登记,不能给交易当事人提供全面的信息,给有关当事人进行登记造成极大不便,影响了不动产登记制度的健康发展。本文从立法上就确立统一的不动产登记机构进行探讨,旨在建立符合现代市场经济要求的、较为完善的物权登记机构。
