心肌梗塞是直接危及病人生命的严重疾病之一,国内屡有报导。自1972年3月北京三心病座淡会后,对我地区在冠心病防治方面的提高起了积极的鼓励和促进作用,因此在诊断、临床观察、抢救等方面都有所改进,为了交流情况现将自三心病座谈会以来在一年半时间里西安地区几个较大医院里收治的112例确诊为心肌梗塞的资料汇总于下,并作一简单讨论。
