研究了确定影响外籍员工工作绩效的主要因素,并以诺基亚和中兴公司两家跨国公司为例。通过在项目实施过程中的研究表明:一个外籍人员在社会中所面临的挑战并且找到外籍管理更好的替代方案。通过对两家公司六十二名外籍人士利用定性方法和半结构化组访谈的数据,用NVivo软件包进行数据分析,通过五阶段的模型探讨辅助支持、跨文化激励、培训、人格特质、配偶调整等因素在外籍人员工作的适应过程中所起到的作用。研究中的创新点是发现了一种新的说法:人格特征,就是如何长期的激发外籍员工个性的热情、激情和灵活性,作为本研究的创新方面的文献。研究探讨了如何有效地管理外籍人员,如何更好地实现海外项目的实施。
Studied to determine the main factors that affect the work performance of foreign employees, and Nokia and ZTE two multinational companies as an example. Through the research in the project implementation process, it shows that the challenge of a foreigner in society and finding a better alternative for foreign management. Using the data from sixty-two foreigners in the two companies using qualitative methods and semi-structured interviews, the data were analyzed using the NVivo software package and the five-phase model was used to explore supportiveness, cross-cultural motivation, training, personality traits, spouses Adjustment and other factors in the work of expatriates to adapt to the role played by the process. The innovation point in the research is to discover a new theory: Personality trait is how to inspire the enthusiasm, enthusiasm and flexibility of expatriate staff’s personality in a long-term, as an innovative aspect of this research. The study explored how to effectively manage expatriates and how to better implement overseas projects.
