由国家建筑材料工业局主持的我国第一条“自应力钢筋混凝土管机械化平面流水线”竣工验收会,于一九八四年十一月十九日至二十二日在南京召开。国家建筑材料工业局建筑材料研究院、同济大学、南京工学院、江苏省建筑材料总公司、南京市公用局等二十多个单位,共八十四名代表参加会议,通过了该项目的竣工验收。该“生产线”,经过近一年的试生产表明,达到了三提高(提高产品质量、提高劳动生产率、提高机械化程度),两降低(降低原材料及燃料消耗、降低劳动强度)的目的。使车间实现了平面流
