目的：探讨高龄大肠癌的围手术期处理及外科治疗方法。方法：回顾经手术治疗的高龄大肠癌７６例，对其临床特点、术前准备、手术治疗及术后处理等进行总结分析。结果：高龄大肠癌病人病程长、就诊晚，术前并存病及合并症多（８５．５％），术后并发症发生率高（４２％），根治性切除率为７２．４％。结论：对高龄大肠癌应重视围手术期处理。高龄并非手术禁忌，有条件者应行根治性手术
Objective: To explore the perioperative management and surgical treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods: Seventy-six cases of advanced colon cancer treated by surgery were retrospectively reviewed. Their clinical characteristics, preoperative preparation, surgical treatment and postoperative management were summarized. RESULTS: The patients with advanced colorectal cancer had a long duration of illness and had late treatment. The preoperative complications and complications were high (85.5%). The postoperative complication rate was high (42%). The radical resection rate was 72.4%. Conclusion: The perioperative management should be paid attention to the elderly colon cancer. Older age is not a surgical contraindication, and those with conditions should undergo radical surgery
