12.8亿元的捐款超过了当地政府一年的财政收入,着实让人眼热,是否会在全国其他县市引发“蝴蝶效应”也未可知假如今年底,有机构评选中国慈善新闻排行榜的话,相信2月27日陕西省府谷县57名企业家及所属77家煤矿共捐资约12.8亿元,用以资助当地教育卫生事业的新闻肯定会榜上有名。初闻此事,笔者首先为府谷县经济的迅猛发展所惊叹。多年前,笔者走马观花地探访地处晋陕蒙三省交界的府谷县时,那里还是国家级贫困县。
