1986年7月～1991年12月筛查天津市区新生儿158,032例,查出新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下(简称甲低)20例。其中3例死于合并症。确诊后即给予甲状腺片治疗,服药2周后血清激素水平基本恢复正常,临床症状消失。骨龄于治疗6～8个月恢复正常。随访1～5 1/2年。17例患儿智力及体格发育均在正常范围。血清甲状腺激素水平正常。药量的调整根据甲状腺激素水平、骨龄及临床表现而定。
From July 1986 to December 1991, 158,032 newborns in Tianjin were screened, and 20 cases of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) were detected. Three of them died of complications. After diagnosis, thyroid tablets were given for treatment. Serum hormone levels returned to normal after 2 weeks of treatment and the clinical symptoms disappeared. Bone age in the treatment of 6 to 8 months returned to normal. Follow-up 1 ~ 5 1/2 years. 17 cases of children with intellectual and physical development are in the normal range.
