采用拉伸、夏比冲击、落锤撕裂(DWTT)及SEM等试验方法,研究了临界区热处理工艺生产的X80大变形管线钢微观组织和力学性能。研究结果表明:采用800~860℃保温15 min淬火后,强度可达到X80大变形管线钢要求,并具有优异的变形性能和极佳的低温冲击韧性,-20℃夏比冲击功均值大于240 J,夏比冲击剪切面积均值大于90%,-15℃DWTT剪切面积均值大于85%,同时拉伸曲线呈拱顶型。上述工艺参数条件下淬火后,得到铁素体加马氏体双相组织,马氏体体积分数为16.1%~18.2%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of X80 large deformation pipeline steel produced by the critical zone heat treatment process were studied by tensile test, Charpy impact test, DWTT test and SEM test. The results show that the strength of X80 large deformation pipeline steel can reach the requirements of X80 large deformation pipeline steel after being quenched at 800 ~ 860 ℃ for 15 min, and has excellent deformation properties and excellent low temperature impact toughness. The Charpy impact energy at -20 ℃ is more than 240 J , The Charpy impact shear area is more than 90%, and the average shear strength of DWTT at -15 ℃ is more than 85%. At the same time, the tensile curve is dome-shaped. After the above process parameters were quenched, the ferrite plus martensite dual phase structure was obtained, and the volume fraction of martensite was 16.1% ~ 18.2%.
