In the practice of forestry production, due to the lack of understanding of associated tree species, their protection and utilization are not enough. Many units in the secondary forest tending operations, all associated trees as “Zamu” as a clear object, free felling, thus undermining the forest’s hierarchical structure, affecting the growth of forest resources. These associated trees, mostly belonging to the genus Alcea, are indispensable for the formation of the forest stratification structure
