目的为了解南平市企业作业场所职业病危害因素状况,进一步控制职业病危害。方法对南平市2010—2012年中国疾病预防控制中心网络直报信息系统中职业病危害因素数据进行统计分析。结果 330家企业2010—2012年作业场所职业病危害因素,合格率化学因素(83.2%)>粉尘(72.6%)>物理因素(62.7%)。检测项目合格率硫化氢、氰化氢、铬及其化合物、镍及其化合物均达100%,石墨尘、苯、氨、氟及其化合物及一般化学物品91.6%以上;碳黑尘、矽尘、水泥尘和铅合格率均<60.0%;高温和噪声合格率类似。结论南平市企业作业场所的主要职业病危害是矽尘、水泥尘和铅,应进一步加强监管,督促企业落实防护措施,改善作业环境,以减少职业病危害。
Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in the workplace of Nanping City and to further control the occupational hazards. Methods The data of occupational hazards in network information system of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2010 to 2012 in Nanping City were statistically analyzed. Results 330 enterprises in 2010-2012 occupational hazards in the workplace, the pass rate of chemical (83.2%)> dust (72.6%)> physical (62.7%). Test items pass rate hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide, chromium and its compounds, nickel and its compounds are up to 100%, graphite dust, benzene, ammonia, fluorine and chemical compounds and general chemicals 91.6%; carbon black dust, silica dust , Cement dust and lead pass rate were <60.0%; high temperature and noise pass rate similar. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of Nanping workplace are silica dust, cement dust and lead. Supervision should be further strengthened to urge enterprises to implement protective measures and improve operating environment so as to reduce occupational hazards.
