我院自1989～1996年采用呋喃坦啶和金匮肾气丸治疗慢性肾盂肾炎19例,疗效满意,现报告如下。 1.临床资料 一般资料:19例均为女性,年龄28～52岁,平均34岁,病程2～3年10例,4～5年5例,6年以上4例。中段尿培养:大肠杆菌12例,变形杆菌3例,类链球菌2例,表皮葡萄球菌1例,金黄色葡蓟球菌1例;对照组10例,均为女性,年龄26～54岁,平均32岁。病程2～3年6例,4～5年3例,6年以上1例。两组肾功能、肾脏B超等检查均正常,都屡经抗生素及中药治疗仍反复发作。两组病例均有尿频、尿急和尿痛,细菌培养。
Our hospital from 1989 to 1996 with furadantin and Jingui Shenqi pill in 19 cases of chronic pyelonephritis, with satisfactory results, are as follows. Clinical data General information: 19 cases were female, aged 28 to 52 years, mean 34 years, duration of 2 to 3 years in 10 cases, 4 to 5 years in 5 cases, 6 years in 4 cases. The middle urine culture: 12 cases of Escherichia coli, 3 cases of Proteus, Streptococcus 2 cases, Staphylococcus epidermidis 1 case, 1 case of Staphylococcus aureus; control group of 10 patients, all female, aged 26 to 54 years, mean 32 years old. Course of 2 to 3 years in 6 cases, 4 to 5 years in 3 cases, more than 6 years in 1 case. Two groups of renal function, renal B-ultrasound and other tests are normal, are repeated antibiotics and Chinese medicine treatment is still repeated attacks. Urine frequency, urgency and dysuria were recorded in both groups and bacterial cultures were performed.
