以班级为单位,形成以班主任为核心的教育团队,是开展全员德育工作的重要措施之一。班主任与任课教师携手共进,能最大限度地发挥他们在班级德育工作中的作用,达到“众人拾柴火焰高”的效果。实现全员德育,班主任需要做到以下几点:正确认识任课教师的地位和作用,取得任课教师的支持与配合,培养学生与任课教师的感情,协调学生和任课教师的关系。
To class as a unit, the formation of a teacher-centered education team is one of the important measures to carry out the full moral education. Class teachers and teachers work together, can maximize their role in class moral education, to achieve “everyone firewood ” effect.
