省各界人民代表会议第三日的下午和第四日,各代表团的中心发言人,都纷纷在大会上作了热烈的发言各代表团作中心发言的,一共十几位。这里有工人、农民、青年、妇女、教育界、民主人士、军队和烈军属、地区代表、少数民族和工商业者。三百六十七名代表,对周主席传达高岗主席关于一九五○年政府工作任务的报告、政府去年工作总结和今年工作主要任务的报告、刘锡五同志关于提高我省生产建设的建议以及农林厅徐厅长关于农林生产的报告,经过一天的讨论,最后都集中在这十几位中心发言代表的发言里,这十几位代表了到会的全体代表和全省人民,对各位首长的报告,同声表示热烈的拥护。人民的代表会议,处处显示了广泛的民主。参加会议的代表来自各阶层,中心发言的代表
On the afternoon and on the fourth day of the third day of the people’s congress of all walks of life in the province, all the spokespersons of the delegations of the delegations made enthusiastic speeches at the conference in which all the delegations spoke as the center, a total of a dozen.
