时间过得真快,《西部大开发》从2001年创刊,已经走过三年不平凡的路程,开始迈进2004年。 过去的一年,本刊同全国许多同类型的刊物一样,经历了2003年秋冬的报刊整顿。本刊列入划转范围。这一变化,决定了刊物在一切没有明确之前,只能等待。今年的第一期,就这样拖后了几天。 这一期刊物,我们特别策划、制作了“盘点2003”的主题报道,旨在通过多侧面、广角度的盘点,展示西部过去一年的成就。尽管我们现在的盘点很不全面,只是采摘了西部森林里的几片树叶,但透过这几枚叶片,我们依然可以看见前进中的西部的勃勃生机。
