2004年是深入贯彻党的十六大、十六届三中全会精神和全面建设小康社会的重要一年,是全面实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略的开局之年,也是实现“十五”计划的关键一年。做好今年的发展计划工作,全力推进“二次创业”促进国民经济持续、快速、协调、健康发展至关重要。为此,本刊记者就今年的计划工作,访问了省发改委主任焦海坤同志。
