By referring to the concepts of gray relational analysis and variable weight synthesis, this paper proposes an integrated method to quantify and determine the evaluation index and other level indicators after establishing the evaluation index system by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and gives an example to carry out the calculation and analysis.
