介绍了一种以低合金钢为基材,齿部经双层辉光离子渗金属技术处理而具有近似高速钢成分的合金层的新型机用锯条。与传统的高速钢锯条相比,这种锯条的韧性大大改善,而成本大幅度降低。
A new type of machine saw blade with low alloyed steel as the base material and alloyed layer with approximate high speed steel composition treated by double glow plasma infiltration metal was introduced. Compared with the traditional high-speed hacksaw blade, the toughness of this blade is greatly improved, while the cost is greatly reduced.
