怎样做一个好的领导?笔者结合自己工作上的一些经验和个人体会,拟就目前在我们领导干部中的思想认识方面,对一些应该得到澄清或者需要进一步明确的问题,谈谈自已的看法。第一个问题,搞清楚组织上把我们放在领导的位置上,组织上对我们的期望是什么我们的很多同志,不管是即将走上新的领导工作岗位的同志,还是已经在岗位上的同志,每年都有自己的打算。特别是新上任的这些同志,因为是从低一层次向高一层次迈进,新官上任都有三把火,都在计划在新的岗位和新的一年里我要如何如何,这也是大家的习惯思维。一般都会考虑:
